This test will reveal a more complete picture of allergies and help you choose the most effective treatment.
What is an ISAC test?
The ISAC test is a modern and highly accurate study that allows you to identify 112 allergens at the molecular level. Using the ImmunoCAP method, recognised as the global ‘gold standard’ of allergy diagnosis, this test provides the most comprehensive insight into what your patient is allergic to.
Why is this important?
The test allows you to determine exactly which allergens are causing the reactions, which helps not only to make the correct diagnosis but also to choose the best treatment. The following benefits are available to patients undergoing the ISAC test:
- There are no age restrictions - the test is suitable for both children and adults;
- The test can be taken even during the period of allergy exacerbation;
- There is no need to cancel medications before the test.
What does the patient get from the results of the ISAC test?
- A detailed analysis of the role of the most important allergenic molecules in the development of allergic reaction.
- Assessment of the risk of severe allergic reactions.
- Recommendations for selecting effective treatment, including allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT), which can help with long-term improvement.
Benefits for the doctor:
- Highly specific diagnosis of allergies at the molecular level;
- The possibility of a personalized approach in the treatment of allergic diseases;
- Basis for prescribing effective treatment, including ASIT.
We remind you that you must have a referral from your attending physician to take the test.

Based on the results of the study, the doctor will not only make an accurate diagnosis, but also assess the risk of severe reactions, and most importantly, select an effective therapy, including immunotherapy (ASIT).
