The Rheumatological profile is shown to patients for the diagnosis of inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout.

- Uric acid is deposited in the joints and causes severe pain in them in case of gout.
- C-reactive protein is one of the first to appear in the blood in inflammatory diseases.
- Rheumatoid factor is a screening analysis indicating the likelihood of an autoimmune disease, which is rheumatoid arthritis.
- Antistreptolysin O is an indicator of the body's contact with the streptococcus bacteria, which can cause rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatism.
